This project was part of a competition organized by the University of Alabama in Huntsville's Space Hardware Club. This competition, named 'Two Month,' was a two-month-long competition that culminated in the creating of a project. The project that I, as well as the other members of my team members, chose was the rover project; I thought it would be the most challenging. I was the mechanical sub-team lead. My team beat out three other teams and took first place. The main differentiating factor between the rovers ended up being the robust mechanical design of my team's rover, which I will selflessly take credit for. Click the button below to see a collection of my contributions to the project.
Currently, I am one of many people in the University of Alabama in Huntsville's Space Hardware Club who are working on a rover for the University Rover Challenge.
In early January, I built my L1 rocket. I launched my rocket in mid-March and successfully got my L1 certification with NAR. Please click below for a video of the launch and a complete project summary.
This was a senior year Christmas gift for my best friend in High School. The box plays the song 'sleigh ride' when opened (there is a limit switch). I recorded my High School band playing the song and set it to have a 50/50 chance of playing that version or a version played by the Navy's band. If the three-position switch on the back is flipped, the box will enter Bluetooth mode. The holes on either side of the box fit small 1.5" speakers. The box was fully 3-D printed and powered by a USB-c port on the back.
This is a poker table that my brother and I worked on. It was simple to make and turned out great. It is designed to slot over a smaller table.
